Job Description:

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional 1:1 care during weekend overnight shifts for a client in Harwood, MO. This is a perfect opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working overnight and values the flexibility that weekend shifts offer.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Follow an individualized plan of care developed with the physician

+ Monitor, document, and report the patient’s condition using electronic charting

+ Educate and provide support to the client and their family

+ Attend team meetings and training sessions as required

Qualifications:

+ Active State of Missouri or Compact Nursing License (LPN or RN)

+ Strong communication and critical thinking skills

+ Professional, compassionate, and positive attitude

+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
