    A BIG NAME IN THE OUTDOOR AND SPORTS RETAIL MARKET IS LOOKING TO BRING ON A CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR TO HELP SUPPORT THEIR BUSY SEASON. THIS IS A TEMPORARY CONTRACTED ROLE BUT COULD TURN INTO A LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY AFTER THE SEASON IS OVER.

    This is an Onsite opportunity in Beaverton, OR

     

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

     

    + During November 3- February 9th could be placed on an 8-hour shift between 5am-8pm

     

    Pay: $30/hr

     

    Start Date: 9/8 - Could get someone started sooner in late August

    Description:

    • Responsible for people management (Ability to effectively coach/guide to meet performance and behavior goals and standards, partner on disciplinary actions, call monitor, complete timecards prior to deadline and without error)

    • Listen to agent calls and provide feedback as necessary

    • Handle coaching conversations with agents

    • Offer agent support via chat and in-person

    • Effectively handle consumer escalations

    • Utilize templates and reporting systems to provide department End of Day reporting to leadership team and leverage weekly/monthly stats provided via

    Workforce Management to coach team members and support department incentives

    • Minor troubleshooting of agent equipment/software (assist with resetting passwords, reporting issues through ticketing systems)

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    We need a strong communicator.

     

    Someone who brings a positive attitude but can also read a situation and provide a balanced response.

     

    Someone who is comfortable with changing environments and scenarios

     

    Ideally they will have previous call center and/or ecommerce customer service experience (not required).

     

    Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

     

    Ability to have coaching conversations with agents

     

    Strong technical aptitude and working with previous call center technologies

    Experience Level:

    Intermediate Level

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
