Licensed Insurance Agent – Service Role (No Sales)

About the Role

Join a leading insurance provider as a Licensed Insurance Agent focused solely on client service—no sales involved. You’ll be the first point of contact for policyholders, resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience.

What You’ll Do

+ Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat

+ Resolve issues and escalate complex cases

+ Maintain accurate records and provide policy guidance

+ Collaborate with internal teams to improve service

What You’ll Need

+ Associate Degree

+ Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

+ Customer service experience

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Comfort with remote work and digital tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
