    Job Summary:

    The Pickleball Guest Services Associate is a part-time role and is key in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our pickleball members and guests. As the face of the JCC’s outdoor pickleball program, you will be responsible for welcoming players, managing check-in and court reservations, addressing inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of our courts.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Greet and check in members and guests upon arrival utilizing our CRM system

    + Assist with court reservations and scheduling inquiries via our CRM system

    + Provide accurate and helpful information about pickleball programming and facility usage

    + Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all players

    + Support the daily operations of the outdoor courts, including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness

    + Monitor court usage and ensure adherence to facility policies and etiquette

    + Ensure time limitations based on member category are communicated to our member base

    + Act as a liaison between players and the Fitness & Wellness department, communicating feedback or concerns

    + Troubleshoot and resolve member issues professionally and promptly

    + Maintain a consistent presence during scheduled shifts, which may include mornings, evenings, or weekends

    + Access CRM system to monitor and control reservations and bookings

    Required Licenses/ Certificates/Registrations:

    + CPR, First Aid and AED certification or willingness to obtain.

    Additional Technical Requirements:

    + Strong customer service and communication skills

    + Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for creating a positive member experience

    + Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment

    + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

    + Prior experience in customer service, recreation, or sports environments preferred

    + Enthusiasm for pickleball is a plus!

    + Microsoft office suite and CRM experience preferred.
