    CTG is seeking to fill a Legal Records Coordinator - Support Technician I opening for our client in Richland, WA.

     

    **Location:** Richland, WA

    **Duration:** 10 months

    Duties:

    + Coordinate public records request collections and responses under the direction of the Public Records Officer and Legal Services Supervisor.

    + Serve as backup to the Public Records Officer for the agency.

    + Assist paralegals and attorneys with document collection, review, and production for public records requests.

    + Support management of the Legal Services department budget, including organizing invoices and monitoring contract budgets.

    + Assist with garnishment reviews and responses; provide backup support for the paralegal as needed.

    + Provide general office support, including attending meetings, drafting documents, filing, preparing documents for DocuSign, completing forms, scheduling appointments, scanning, making phone calls, reviewing documents, locating records, and drafting correspondence.

    + Help organize and manage electronic and physical documents.

    + Participate in public records training, including Public Records 101 courses and webinars.

    + Ensure all work is completed with high accuracy while maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.

    Skills:

    + Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 in a business setting.

    + Excellent organizational and time management skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    Experience:

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office environment.

    + At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office 365 in a professional setting.

    Education:

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Associate’s degree in a technical field from an accredited college is preferred.

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

    The expected base salary for this position ranges from $20/hr to $25/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
