    CTG is seeking to fill a Flowable Process Automation Specialist opening for our client in San Antonio, TX.

     

    **Location:** San Antonio, TX

    **Duration:** 6 months

    Duties:

    + Design, develop, and deploy automated business processes using Flowable (open-source or enterprise editions)

    + Model business processes using BPMN, CMMN, and DMN in Flowable

    + Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and convert them into scalable, reusable, and high-performing automated workflows

    + Integrate Flowable with external systems and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services

    + Orchestrate services and build robust connectors to enable seamless process automation

    + Implement process versioning, task management, error handling, and exception flows

    + Conduct thorough debugging, unit testing, and performance optimization of BPM workflows

    + Support CI/CD integration for workflow deployment and version control

    + Continuously evaluate and improve automation solutions to align with evolving business needs

    Skills:

    + Strong hands-on experience with Flowable BPM (open-source or enterprise), including BPMN, CMMN, and DMN modeling

    + Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot development

    + Expertise in RESTful API integration and service orchestration

    + Deep understanding of process design best practices: scalability, reusability, and performance optimization

    + Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex BPM workflows

    + Experience with CI/CD pipelines in a process automation context

    Experience:

    + Minimum 5 years of experience in process automation or software development roles

    + At least 2 years of direct experience working with Flowable BPM

    + Prior experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments

    Education:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

     

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
