CTG is seeking to fill an Automation Specialist opening for our client in Overland Park, KS.

**Location:** Overland Park, KS

**Duration:** 11 months

Duties:

+ Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions to improve efficiency in operations and systems

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities

+ Configure and support automation tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), scripting environments, and workflow orchestration systems

+ Monitor and maintain existing automation processes, resolving issues as they arise

+ Document technical processes, automation logic, and configuration changes

+ Provide support, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams

Skills:

+ Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)

+ Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages

+ Familiarity with workflow and orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions)

+ Understanding of system integration, APIs, and data flow processes

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities

Experience:

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in automation development or related technical field

+ Hands-on experience designing and deploying automation workflows in a production environment

+ Experience collaborating with IT and business stakeholders on automation initiatives

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
