CTG is seeking to fill a Routine Maintenance Scheduler opening for our client in Baytown, TX.

**Location:** Baytown, TX

**Duration:** 6 months

**Pay Rate:** $55.00/hour – $60.00/hour

TWIC Card is required for this position.

Duties:

+ Schedule all planned maintenance work according to resource availability and operational requirements

+ Review SAP backlogs for ready-to-schedule work orders

+ Prepare weekly optimized schedules with Operations by day based on job due date, workload, and resource availability

+ Coordinate scheduling of special equipment and tools to improve work efficiency

+ Determine work to be rescheduled with Operations to accommodate break-in work

+ Lead schedule update meetings to ensure job prioritization and proper alignment of resources between Maintenance and Production

+ Monitor maintenance backlogs and advise supervisors on capacity needs to maintain optimum backlog levels

+ Compile and distribute weekly schedules to Operations and Maintenance Execution teams for unified scheduling adherence

Skills:

+ Strong plant maintenance knowledge and scheduling expertise

+ Proficient in SAP and Prometheus scheduling tool

+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, SAP-PM Maintenance Transactions, Documentum, and Meridium

+ Ability to climb stairs and perform physical tasks safely

+ Capable of working at a computer for extended durations

Experience:

+ In-depth planning and scheduling experience in a maintenance environment

+ Supervisory experience preferred

+ Contractor management knowledge and experience

Education:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
