    Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) is part of the Global Marketing & Sales organization for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products that inspires consumer-centric decision-making through an understanding applicable insight of the marketplace, consumers, and our guests. Within CIMA, the Consumer Insight Business Intelligence & Reporting team develops Tableau dashboards to support data driven business decisions across Disney Parks Experiences and Products.

     

    We are looking for someone to serve as Business Systems Specialist II reporting to the Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager, Consumer Insight. This individual will be part of a team that creates and maintains Tableau dashboards from guest survey data. As a member of the team, this individual will assemble and transform survey data used in Tableau.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop new Tableau reports from templates and maintaining existing Tableau reports per client requests.

    + Responsible for preparing and cleaning data for dashboards

    + Evaluate client reporting needs and work with leadership/technical programming staff to determine data solutions

    + Define quality assurance reporting system requirements, process improvements, efficiency and new ideas

    + Flexibility to changing priorities and the ability to embrace technology changes

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with Tableau Software, SQL, and/or Snowflake

    + Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills

    + Demonstrated strong attention to detail

    + Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences

    + Must be able to learn new tools, software, programming languages, and technologies

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Tableau Desktop Specialist.

    + Experience with collecting, transforming, and analyzing survey data.

    + Working knowledge of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products business.

    Required Education:

    High School or equivalent, working towards a bachelor’s degree in a technical field including Industrial Engineering, MIS, CIS, Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative field.

    Preferred Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Industrial Engineering, MIS, CIS, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

    Additional Information:

    This position will be located in Celebration, FL.

     

    This is a Full-Time position.
