    Our facility in Bohemia, NY provides leading clinical label design, production, and management services for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

     

    The Document Control Administrator is responsible for editing and reviewing documents that impact product, process, equipment, and material and routing those changes through electronic operational documentation systems (Documentum, TrackWise, Maximo).

     

    What will you do?

     

    + Create, control, and maintain new or revised standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions, training manuals, equipment maintenance records, and change controls in various systems (Documentum, TrackWise, IBM Maximo). Ensure the accuracy of each document type.

    + Coordinate, attend, and / or lead meetings as assigned.

    + Provide assistance in evaluating, reviewing, writing, tracking, and routing of change controls and customer notifications.

    + Conduct and participate in process and quality improvement projects.

    + Lead office hours to provide assistance to colleagues in using systems

    + Maintain all equipment records

    + Collaborate with internal customers at different levels daily.

    + Maintain and update spreadsheets related to change control, management of change and change notifications.

    + Create reports / charts as assigned.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education/Experience

    + High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

    + A minimum of 4 years’ related is required.

     

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $25.60–$38.40.

     

    This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
