    Assembly Operator II

     

    1st Shift

    Main Tasks:

    + Provides support throughout the Assembly department in producing the highest quality products, on time, that meet or exceed customer expectations.

    + Assists supervisor in training of associates and follow-up of quality-related issues.

    + Backfills for absenteeism.

    + Assists with changeovers.

    + Troubleshoots functional defects.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of manufacturing/production experience.

    + Able to bend, stoop, reach, grip, and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

    + Able to sit, stand, and walk for 8-10 hour periods.

    + Must be able to communicate in English concisely, both verbally and in writing.

    + HS Diploma or GED Required
