The Director, Offer Science plays a critical role within the Revenue Management division. This position leads the teams responsible for designing and delivering the technical systems that power Revenue Management, including Yield Management, Pricing Platforms, Ancillary Pricing Systems, and the next generation of Offer Management Decision Engines. The role is responsible for significant top line impact to company revenues, specifically continuously challenging the status quo and innovating on our existing platforms to drive revenue improvement across the organization.

+ Oversees core Revenue Management business systems, including Yield Management, Pricing and Ancillary pricing systems.
+ Leads the development of Offer Management and Offer Science technology and strategy
+ Collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to support critical revenue projects and initiatives
+ Strategically identifies and capitalizes on new revenue opportunities by harnessing tools, processes, industry best practices, and comprehensive reporting
+ Leads the ongoing development for 30+ members team, ensuring exceptional job proficiency and readiness for future roles with greater responsibility
+ Works in regular and close coordination with Commercial organization counterparts, including Revenue Management, Network Planning, Strategic Alliances, and Joint Business
+ Partners to shape the company commercial strategy and address financial and operational performance
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
+ 7+ years of experience in technical leadership and management, with experience leading teams responsible for developing and maintaining complex technical systems
+ 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management, with deep understanding of Yield Management, Pricing Platforms, and Ancillary Pricing Systems
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
+ Master's degree in Operations Research, Math, Economics or technical field
+ Experience with cloud-based technologies and agile development methodologies
+ Prior experience in Revenue Management or related Commercial departments preferred
+ Prior experience in Product Management of large-scale corporate decisioning systems preferred
+ Understanding of airline economics, operations, and revenue management techniques, and the ability to apply that knowledge to strategic problems
