We are seeking a Supervisor for our Adult Day Care PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Program in our Marion location for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and Qualifications:

**Role Summary** **:** Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, manages the daily operations of the PACE Center. Responsibilities include the planning, coordination and implementation of all operations in the PACE Center. Works in conjunction with the Social Workers to assure that concerns and support are followed up on to families, participants, and caregivers. Works in conjunction with the Therapy team (PT/OT/ST/RT) to assure that recreational activities and wellness classes are provided as scheduled. Works in conjunction with the Registered Dietician to deliver an excellent dining experience and assure that diets are provided as ordered. Works with the Triage RN to ensure that Program Aides complete assigned daily tasks and report areas of concern. At the Alternative Care Site, Supervisor serves as the Health Care Coordinator for ADHS.

What qualifications you will need:

**Skills, Knowledge, Abilities** :

**Required Education** : Associates Degree in Nursing

**Preferred Education** : Bachelor’s in Nursing or other healthcare related field w/ ASN

**Required License** : Registered Nurse; NC Driver’s Licensure; BLS and First Aid

+ Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 15 days of employment start date

+ First Aid Basic must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

+ (RN) Registered Nurse

+ Associate Degree
