Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree in laboratory science or related field
Experience:
+ 3+ years of clinical laboratory work
+ 1+ years of flow cytometry experience is preferred
+ Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
Qualification Requirements:
+ Certification by nationally recognized certification agency (i.e. ASCP, AMT, AACC, AAB, AGT, ABT, ASHI, NSH).
+ Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
+ Good visual acuity including color perception
