    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Entry-Level AR Analyst to join our client’s finance team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate has experience working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel and a foundational understanding of core accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

    Key responsibilities

    + Analyze and reconcile accounts receivable data

    + Assist with billing processes and customer invoicing

    + Support collections and cash application functions

    + Work with large Excel data sets for reporting and analysis

    + Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies

    + Maintain accurate records and documentation

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with large volumes of data

    + Basic understanding of AP, AR, and billing functions

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning new systems
