    Essential Job Duties:

    We are looking for an IT Analyst to design and implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems. IT Analyst responsibilities include prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools. In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential. If you have hands-on experience with technical projects, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to leverage tech solutions to meet organizational needs.

    Other Work/Responsibilities:

    + Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements.

    + Develop and analyze functional specifications.

    + Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs

    + Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams

    + Gather feedback from end users about system performance

    + Provide on-site software and hardware support

    + Keep abreast of technology trends and developments

    + Excellent documentation skills

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and document user needs.

    + Functional Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed, actionable IT specifications.

    + IT System Design: Design efficient, scalable, and cost-effective IT systems that align with organizational objectives.

    + Systems Integration: Integrate multiple systems while addressing the needs of various departments or functional teams.

    + User Feedback Analysis: Collect, interpret, and apply end-user feedback to enhance system usability and performance.

    + Technical Support: Provide hands-on support for both software and hardware issues in an on-site environment.

    + Technology Awareness: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply relevant innovations to business solutions.

    + Documentation: Produce clear, concise, and comprehensive technical and functional documentation.

    + Flexibility & Adaptability: Demonstrate readiness to take on additional responsibilities and adjust to evolving project requirements.

    + This position requires a valid driver’s license. While driving is not a routine part of the job, occasional travel may be necessary on an as-needed basis.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with Power BI and Qualtrics

    + Familiarity with Google App Script

    + Experience with WordPress, Hootsuite

    + Passion for technology

    + Familiarity with ArcGIS

    + Bachelors degree

    Required license or certification:

    This position requires a valid driver’s license. While driving is not a routine part of the job, occasional travel may be necessary on an as-needed basis.
