Job Summary:
Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDC) to interact with customers over the phone/internet, build positive relationships, and manage service repair appointments for the dealership. An ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with an ability to showcase our products and services in a compelling way.

•Pay Range:
+ $17 per hour.
Service Business Development Representative Schedule:
+ Full Time, rotating shifts between 7:00am-6:00pm, business hours Monday-Saturday, average 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 1 year of direct customer service experience preferred (retail or similar fast-paced environment).
+ Experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
Essential Job Skills:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
+ Ability to memorize scripts for products and services.
+ Computer literacy and ability to use customer databases.
+ Confidence in ability to use technology and multi-task.
+ Ability to build relationships with customers.
