Job Title: Enrollment & Eligibility SpecialistJob Description:

As an Enrollment & Eligibility Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, uploading, and maintaining new member or group registration information in our enrollment database. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for eligibility inquiries, ensuring that all member and group data is accurate and up to date.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

+ Accurately entering and updating member and group enrollment data.

+ Responding to inquiries regarding member or group eligibility and enrollment status.

+ Reconciling discrepancies in eligibility data and analyzing transactional records.

+ Submitting retroactive eligibility changes as needed.

+ Generating and managing various types of member correspondence.

+ Maintaining inventory control of all member and group transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
