Lincoln Tech's Corporate office is looking to hire a Regional Director of Admissions to assist the Director of Admissions in managing the High School Admissions Department. In this role, you will train, coach, and mentor HS Field Admissions Representatives. You will ensure that the team achieves student admissions goals, in line with school, accreditation, and organizational guidelines. You will also participate in the development and implementation of student recruitment strategic plans.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree or significant experience in commensurate role

+ 5+years' sales experience in a post-secondary school environment

+ Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and SharePoint

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Proven leadership track record

Responsibilities

+ Establish ethical admissions practices, which contribute towards organizational objectives, in compliance with regulatory agency and company standards

+ Direct and motivate the sales force to strive for greater results

+ Strategize, develop, and execute student recruitment plan along with the Director of Admissions

+ Analyze industry trends

+ Collaborate with Campus Management to hire, train, and monitor Admission representatives

+ Work and communicate effectively with all campus departmental staff

+ Evaluate and resolve student inquiries and issues relating to the admissions process and ensure that appropriate action is taken
