The Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Utah School of Medicine is seeking to fill a full-time faculty position for an Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, track and rank dependent on qualifications. This position will integrate with our inpatient PM&R physicians, consult team and also work closely with rehab hospital access staff. This position will develop strong relationships with acute care service lines including, neurosurgery, neurology, trauma, and orthopaedics. Additional inpatient, outpatient, and leadership opportunities are available.
Board certification is required and specialty training is preferred. Applicants should have strong academic interests in pursuing advancement in research, clinical and/or teaching. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Salary is competitive and benefits are excellent.

Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital, which is one of the most advanced rehabilitation facilities in the nation and will serve as a catalyst for the further development of the University’s rehabilitation programs. We are looking for energetic academically-oriented physiatrists who will help us expand our footprint regionally and nationally.
