Position Summary The Senior Salesforce Administrator will lead the optimization, configuration, and strategic enhancement of Salesforce platform to support business objectives. This role is designed for an experienced Salesforce professional who can independently manage complex configurations, drive system improvements, and mentor junior team members. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce administration and a strong understanding of business processes, particularly within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities • Lead the management of user accounts, profiles, permissions, roles, and advanced security settings to ensure robust system access controls. • Design, implement, and maintain complex Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, validation rules, advanced process automation, reports, dashboards, and Lightning components. • Serve as one of many points of contact for Salesforce-related escalations, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. • Oversee testing, deployment, and documentation of Salesforce updates, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise systems. • Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and best practice protocols. • Design and deliver advanced training programs for end users and stakeholders to maximize platform adoption and efficiency. • Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process optimization, and implement strategic solutions. • Ensure data integrity through advanced data management practices, including imports, exports, deduplication, and data quality initiatives. • Drive the adoption and optimization of Salesforce to align with business needs. • Mentor and guide junior Salesforce administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Skills & Specifications • Advanced expertise in Salesforce administration, including user management, security, process automation, and reporting. • Proficiency with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, OmniStudio, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnichannel, Analytics Studio, and CTI integrations preferred. • Experience designing solutions based on business criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs. • Experience with production deployments and testing, including change management and quality assurance processes. • Flair for good UI design, with expertise in creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces using FlexCards, Lightning Web components, and other Salesforce UI tools. • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders. • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide junior team members. • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality documentation. • Deep understanding of business processes, particularly in the financial services or equipment finance industry
