    + Provide hands-on clinical instruction and supervision to learners in an outpatient or inpatient setting

    + Model best practices in patient care, communication, and professionalism

    + Support learners in developing diagnostic reasoning, clinical decision-making, and procedural skills

    + Offer constructive feedback and contribute to learner evaluations

    + Collaborate with faculty and other preceptors to enhance the educational experience

    + Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards
