We’re looking for a **Manager in Training** who is hungry to lead, driven to succeed, and ready to roll up their sleeves and learn everything from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

+ Learn all aspects of store operations, from inventory and merchandising to staffing and sales

+ Lead by example with customer engagement and upselling best practices

+ Support scheduling, inventory control, loss prevention, and daily operations

+ Train and develop team members while learning how to manage your own department

+ Ensure the store meets performance and sales goals

+ Step into leadership when management is off-site or unavailable

What We’re Looking For:

+ 1–3 years of retail, sales, or leadership experience

+ A passion for helping customers and building strong local relationships

+ Strong communication and decision-making skills

+ Hands-on learner who takes initiative and thrives in fast-paced environments

+ Must be dependable, organized, and eager to grow into a full management role
