IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:

+ Coordinate schedules and communicate effectively with technicians.

+ Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.

+ Maintain organized and accurate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.

+ Use your attention to detail and time management skills to balance priorities effectively.

As a Customer Service and Scheduling Specialist - CSR, your contribution will be essential to delivering seamless service and operational excellence!
