About The Job:

The MCRHC Gift Shop operates Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., staffed by dedicated volunteers. The Gift Shop Coordinator will oversee operations and collaborate with volunteers to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained shopping experience. The Gift Shop Coordinator creates a welcoming and engaging shopping experience by managing inventory, inspiring great customer service and ensuring the shop's operations run smoothly. Creativity is welcome.

The Shift: Part Time (0.1 FTE) (4 hours per week)

Hours: Hours are flexible. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

Pay : $15.00, increases with experience.

Qualifications

Experience:

+ Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

+ Experience working with volunteers or in a nonprofit setting is a plus.

+ Strong organizational and time management skills.

+ Creative eye for merchandising and display design.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Who We Are:

Mitchell County Regional Health Center is in Osage, Iowa located in Mitchell County, which has a population of 10,600 people. MCRHC is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Level 4 Trauma Center Emergency Room seeing 3,200 visits annually. The Surgical Services department performs over 1,300 procedures annually, including specialties General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Pain management, and Podiatry.
