Job Title: Rehabilitation Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of rehabilitation services to patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist physical and occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients

- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions

- Monitor and document patient progress during rehabilitation activities

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and rehabilitation techniques

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in rehabilitation technology preferred

- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Basic knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and equipment
