    Position Purpose:

    In this role, you'll be hands-on, actively involved in **building relationships** and **coaching** foodservice operators and their teams on **various Military bases** . The goal is to ensure the operation runs smoothly, is **compliant** , and provides customers with a top-tier foodservice experience while driving **sales growth** and **business success** .

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate a positive business relationship with the operator as their primary contact and providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize food product sales.

    • Increase store sales and traffic growth using OLM provided technology, data, and marketing tools

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within military bases.

    • Maintain understanding of military branches, the communication protocol expectations and base access requirements.

    • Develop promotional plans, special offers, and marketing campaigns tailored to military base clientele.

    • Canvas for new customers to expand and grow territory.

    • Increase store sales and traffic growth using OLM-provided technology, data, and marketing tools.

    • Train and develop new and existing operators on proper operating procedures, technology usage and advantages, sales techniques, customer service, food safety, and OLM Food Solutions standards.

    • Implement the rollout of all OLM Food Solutions programs and new product introductions.

    • Work with the operator to develop targeted promotional programs using existing training and other marketing materials.

    • Recommend changes and solutions needed to effectively fulfill company growth objectives to move swiftly to industry changes and opportunities.

    • Complete and provide comprehensive reporting to site operators, and leadership in support of growing the business.

    • Manage operator communications and location documentation within customer relationship manager (CRM)

    • Ensure all sales activities comply with government regulations and military base standards.

    • 70%+ travel - Ability to travel nationally and internationally, including weekends as needed to support business needs.

    • Performs other duties as assigned
