PRN Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Schedule:** **PRN/Flexible

We’re looking for a **PRN Behavioral Health, Home Care RN** to provide compassionate, in-home care to patients navigating mental health challenges. If you're a nurse with a heart for behavioral health and want flexibility and purpose without the burnout of facility shifts, we’d love to meet you.

• What You’ll Do:

+ Visit patients in their home setting (facilities or private residences) in the **Brockton area**

+ Assess behavioral health and physical needs

+ Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans

+ Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and physician

+ Educate and support patients and families on mental health conditions and symptom management

+ Provide compassionate support at the end of life, if applicable

What You’ll Need:

+ **Active RN license** in the state of MA

+ **At least 1 year of nursing experience** (behavioral health preferred)

+ Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

+ Willingness to travel within your territory (up to 50%)

+ **Home Health experience a plus** (but we’ll train the right person!)
