Role Summary:
This strategic role is responsible for deeply understanding, articulating, positioning, and marketing what is remarkable about the Product and Technology (P&T) offering. This highly impactful and visible role partners closely with the executive leadership team to build, maintain, and embed P&T’s value proposition and strategy throughout the enterprise. This includes owning the foundational P&T strategy, continually refining, and aligning it with IHG’s broader goals, and embedding it in everything we do. The person in this role will develop and driven alignment on P&T’s strategy, key priorities, and progress—brought to life through all executive content: from robust Board papers to succinct presentations to strategic leadership forums—through a product-management lens. They will partner closely with teams across IHG and P&T, including Global Commercial & Marketing Strategy, Product Management, Global Communications, and Technology Change Management.
Your Day to Day:
+ Own and refine the P&T strategy and value proposition, ensuring alignment with guest and hotel technology direction across all teams.
+ Develop compelling executive presentations and papers for key stakeholders, including the IHG Board and Executive Committee.
+ Cascade P&T strategy and priorities consistently across leadership teams and engage stakeholders through effective communication channels.
+ Activate P&T strategy through high-visibility presentations and industry conference participation, ensuring message clarity and alignment.
+ Collaborate with Product teams to support product launches and drive key enterprise initiatives effectively.
What We Need From You:
+ 8–10 years of progressive experience in travel/hospitality, product strategy, or technology strategy within multi-stakeholder environments.
+ Strong consulting and product management expertise in complex, matrixed organizations.
+ Proficient in strategy development and messaging frameworks tailored for senior executive audiences.
+ Proven track record of cascading strategy across functions and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in Board-level communications and global/regional business contexts.
**Location** – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – in office 3 days a week)
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $180,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
