Job Description

Were looking for a proactive, self-starting Business Analyst to support automation initiatives across our organization. This role will play a key part in evaluating and improving business processes, with a strong focus on UIPath and workflow automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyze and document current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions using UIPath

-Create and maintain process documentation in Confluence and visualize workflows using Visio or similar tools

-Track progress and manage tasks in Jira

-Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and successful project delivery

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or similar

-Experience with UIPath and process automation

-Strong understanding of business process mapping and improvement

-Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Visio (or equivalent tools)

-Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills *This role is ONSITE, so you must live/work near St Louis, MO*

Pay Rate between $38-42/hr

**Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
