    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Graphic designer to join the team of our cruise line client. Overall, this candidate will be responsible for graphic design and brand development, digital and print production, providing support for trade marketing, and ultimately collaborating closely with other teams to deliver on projects. They'll be developing and executing marketing materials such as brochures, postcards, flyers, digital banners, e-newsletters, and social media graphics. They will work closely with the trade marketing and sales team to ensure the collateral and brand assets align with the needs of trade partners such as tour operators and travel agencies. The visuals and content will be tailored to B2B audiences, be used at trade shows and industry events, and also in email marketing campaigns and newsletters. This person should be self- motivated, organized, and a strong collaborator. The hourly rate will be roughly $25-28/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 1-3 years of experience in graphic design

     

    - Proficiency in design tools including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,etc.)

     

    - Background in both digital and print design (trade marketing materials)

     

    - Attention for detail and knowledgeable about typography, layout, and color theory

     

    - Clear communication and self-motivated spirit - Cruise or travel industry experience (highly preferred)

     

    - Familiar with email marketing tools (Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM platforms

    - Motion graphics and video editing experience null
