    Our client is currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls/Change Order Project Manager to support work on an ongoing Federal MEP Infrastructure Project in Washington D.C. in support of a well known Agency.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    5+ Years in role as a Project Manager/Project Engineer

     

    BS Construction Management or Engineering or BA Architecture

     

    $150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience

     

    Experience documenting and evaluating changes in project cost, schedule, evaluating contractors request for change order and preparing written reports on project status

     

    Able to read construction drawings

     

    Maintains records on project costs, time schedules, contractor performance, and contract changes Construction Experience null
