    Job Description

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and facilities management, to identify AI opportunities that enhance operational efficiency, total-user experience, and decision-making

     

    Oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions that support various Enterprise Services use-cases

     

    Ensure the availability and quality of data required for AI initiatives, including data collection, cleansing, and integration from various sources, in partnership with the Enterprise Services Data Management Office.

     

    Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions, and continuously monitor performance to drive improvements.

     

    Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of AI solutions within the organization, including training and support for end-users.

     

    Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and trends, and assess their potential application within Enterprise Services

     

    Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI implementations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

     

    Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of AI initiatives, including successes, challenges, and future plans.

     

    Advocate for user-centric design in AI solutions to enhance usability and ensure that solutions meet the needs of end-users.

     

    Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in AI solution development and implementation.

     

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and iterating on AI solutions based on user experiences and outcomes.

    Skills and Requirements

    Because AI is relatively new, we dont need a technical expert, I need a curious integrator who is able to understand the business problem and expected outcomes were working to solve, and then manage resources and activities to gather the right stakeholders and knowledge to ensure the technical team can bring the solution to life. Some general experience around the area of AI will help, but this would be more on the user side than the technical side (i.e., someone who has experience building AI prompts will be more successful than someone who has experience programming LLM models). Someone who has an aptitude to dig in deep and learn will be important, both on the business process / knowledge end and the technical side. A lean mindset would be of significant value I believe, as AI implementation is really about efficiency and experience improvement. null
