    Job Description

    Day-To-Day:

    Insight Global is seeking a Systems Development Engineering Manager to lead the development, modification, and execution of policies that ensure the organizations software applications are efficient, effective, and deliver a seamless user experience. This role is responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and driving the success of large-scale software development initiatives. The manager will oversee teams focused on the design, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems infrastructureincluding servers, networks, storage systems, and software componentswhile establishing clear objectives, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role involves providing technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle and advising teams on moderately complex issues related to the integration and implementation of web-centric application components.

     

    Salary Range: 135k-150k

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves:

    7+ years of experience in Information Technology

     

    3+ years of experience managing direct reports and leading technical teams

     

    3+ years of experience implementing Process Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across multiple sites and geographies

     

    Bachelors degree or higher in the information technology (IT) field, business administration, or information systems.

     

    In lieu of a degree, at least 10 years of experience in IT

     

    Experience in systems development engineering

    Soft skills:

    Analytical and problem-solving skills

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members Preferred Qualifications:

    Hands-on experience architecting and developing cloud-to-cloud application interfaces

     

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple third-party integration partners

    Including oversight of their workload and progress to plan null
