Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Remote Medicare Sales Support Agent to help a large Health Insurance Client of ours. Their main responsibilities are below.
Responsibilities:
Admin Portal:
Profile Approvals
Support Inbox:
Daily inbox emails
Daily RTS New User file Run report against TA User list and create new RTS accounts. Send welcome email from the Support inbox to all new accounts.
Bulk User Creation files
o New User and deactivation requests from Strategic, Telesales and Internal partners Create in TA and send new usernames back
Weekly Pull the Sent and Deleted folders and document in the Think Agent Support folder.
BSD:
Asana Escalations
o Respond to escalations in under 1 hour unless further investigation is needed. BCC POCs in email response to the agent.
Weekly Survey
o Excel sheet all deleted emails from the Inbox for previous week and call list from the BSD. Filter out duplicates from previous week. Schedule weekly survey to be sent from SendGrid.
BSD Designated Support SharePoint
o Update and create new SharePoint pages and flow charts for the Troubleshooting pages.
Support Troubleshooting:
If unable to provide further assistance from emails, schedule with agent via Calendly link and schedule TEAMS meeting. If unable to handle issue on TEAMS meeting, reach out to DEV and schedule another meeting with the DEV team on a TEAMS meeting with agent.
Call Recordings:
If an agent or agent oversight emails in and asking for a telephonic enrollment, CARE call recording or SOA, I can pull the mp3 in Twilio and send it back via email.
