As a **Project Manager** , you will be part of the **Implementation & Client Services** department supporting **internal QA, development, and client onboarding teams** .     What’s the Job?

     

    **Technical Project Manager** to lead the implementation of a new **.NET/C#-based enterprise software suite** , including **installation, integration, walkthroughs, testing, and legacy data migration** from MS SQL and Oracle. This position is fully onsite and requires a professional who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and guide teams across the **full software development lifecycle (SDLC)** using the **Waterfall methodology** .

    + **What’s Needed?**

    + Proven experience in managing enterprise software projects and client implementations

    + Strong SQL scripting and database knowledge (MS SQL and Oracle)

    + Experience with data migration and system integrations

    + Comfort with QA/testing, documentation updates, and cross-functional collaboration

    + Ability to work in a small team environment with a strong sense of ownership

    + Manage end-to-end **software suite upgrade and deployment** , ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery

    + Perform **hands-on walkthroughs** of the software with users and technical teams to confirm functionality

    + **Troubleshoot** software issues in collaboration with developers, QA, and business users

    + Lead **installation and configuration** of the .NET/C# application in a production environment

    + Coordinate **legacy data migration** from MS SQL and Oracle databases

    + Develop and maintain detailed **project documentation** , timelines, and reporting for stakeholders

    + Collaborate with QA to ensure test planning, execution, and issue tracking

    + Organize and deliver **user training** , SOPs, and post-go-live support

    + Maintain full visibility over project health, risks, and resolution plans

    + Work cross-functionally with IT, developers, and vendors to resolve integration or application issues
