Our client is seeking a **Gas & Chemical Technician** to join their team. As a Gas & Chemical Technician, you will be part of the logistics department supporting critical operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** 974 East Arques Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085

What's the Job?

+ Support and lead the technical demands of gas and chemical equipment operations.

+ Ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures, as well as emergency preparedness.

+ Act as a subject matter expert for gas, chemical, and slurry equipment, providing technical support and problem resolution.

+ Participate in project and sustaining operations, including preventative maintenance and training.

+ Manage inventory and assist with chemical storage and deliveries, including performing cylinder and drum changes.

What's Needed?

+ Demonstrated knowledge of gas or chemical applications in wafer fabrication and emergency response.

+ Experience with troubleshooting and repairing gas and chemical systems.

+ Ability to lift materials and manage chemical and gas movement safely.

+ Forklift experience (certification preferred) and familiarity with barcode systems is a plus.

+ Willingness to undergo comprehensive on-the-job training and technical qualification programs.
