Immediate need for a Power BI/ Crystal Reports writer in Lawrenville, GA.

**Duration:** 6+ weeks

**Start Date:** ASAP

Seeking an experienced **Power BI Developer** to join their team on-site for a **6+-week contract engagement** . In this role, you’ll provide **hands-on support for existing reports and dashboards** , while also designing and delivering **new, custom-built data models and visualizations** . You’ll be working directly with business users and stakeholders, providing both technical expertise and customer-facing support.

Key Responsibilities

+ Support and troubleshoot existing Power BI reports and Crystal Reports

+ Design, develop, and deploy new dashboards and custom reports based on user requirements

+ Gather, document, and translate business intelligence needs into technical deliverables

+ Connect and integrate reports with a range of data sources including **SQL Server, Oracle, SAP BW, Salesforce, SharePoint** , and **Aumentum Tax System**

+ Use **DAX** , **Power BI Desktop** , and **Report Builder** for data modeling and visual reporting

+ Ensure reports meet usability, performance, and security standards

+ Train and support end-users to maximize reporting tools

? Required Skills & Experience

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience

+ 3–5 years of Power BI report development

+ 5+ years of experience with **Crystal Reports** , including report design, data structures, and maintenance

+ Strong proficiency with **SQL** and ability to write complex queries

+ Experience using **DAX** and **Power Query**

+ Familiarity with **SSRS** , **SSIS** , or **other BI tools** is a plus

+ Comfortable working on-site with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

+ Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and end-user support skills

? Preferred/Bonus Skills

+ Experience with **Microsoft BI stack** (Power BI, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)

+ Familiarity with **Crystal Reports SDK** for embedding reports in .NET/web applications

+ UI/UX sensibility for building intuitive dashboards

+ Crystal Reports certification or relevant credentials

+ Scripting or programming knowledge is a plus
