Our client, a leading player in the packaging industry, is seeking a Packaging Technician to join their team. As a Packaging Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Packaging Technician

**Location:** Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: Competitive Pay

**Shift:** Multiple shifts available, including urgent night shift from 6:15 PM to 5:45 AM and day shift from 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM.

What's the Job?

+ Lead team in line setup and changeover of products, identifying critical controls and issues.

+ Provide production run sheets to packaging machine operators to complete daily production runs.

+ Update production systems with completed case counts to communicate production goals to the next shift.

+ Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure smooth operation.

+ Support compliance with GMP, PPE, safety, and quality policies by setting an example for others.

What's Needed?

+ Attention to detail and mechanical ability.

+ Strong computer skills and the ability to communicate instructions clearly.

+ Demonstrated leadership qualities and accountability.

+ Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and percentages.

+ Experience with production machinery is preferred.
