Job title: Counseling & Therapy (LCSW,)

Prefer for providers to see 13+ but open to 18+, position will focus on patients with Substance Use Disorder and Medications for Opioid Used Disorder, SUB and MOUD

Client Background

A large non-profit, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing high-quality health care to patients in Central Texas. FQHC allows loan forgiveness programs to be offered to their employees! A huge advantage over other organizations.

-Opportunity to work remotely, in part, after 90 days

-Robust benefits

-Salary base $70,000 - $90,000 depending on your years of experience but added to this is a sign on bonus, relocation assistance and incentive bonuses PLUS loan forgiveness programs.

-All employees start with 15 days of vacation per year

-There is also an annual stipend and 3 paid days off for continuing education.

-Reimbursement of provider's professional licensing fee and annual membership dues to their professional organization, once an established provider with LSCC.

-Opportunity to teach mental health interns and/or medical students and become an appointed faculty member at Texas A&M School of Medicine.

-Eligible for student loan repayment through external federal and state Loan Repayment Programs for Mental Health Professionals.

Qualifications:

- Licensed Clinical Social Worker,

- Licensed Professional Counselor or

-Psychologist that is passionate about working with the underserved population

-Mission focused and passionate about improving access to quality mental healthcare.

-Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.

-Possesses cultural humility and values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

-Masters degree
