    Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Operator-1st to join their team. As a Production Operator-1st, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Production Operator-1st

    **Location:** Austin, TX

    **Pay Range:** $18.00 per hour

    **Shift:** 1st Shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Inspect components, materials, and final products to ensure quality standards are met.

    + Perform and document production processes and cleaning operations as specified in batch records and SOPs.

    + Identify and report non-conforming products to maintain quality control.

    + Collaborate with team members to solve problems and improve production processes.

    + Adhere to safety, compliance, and company policies while maintaining accurate documentation.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School education or equivalent required.

    + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

    + Basic mathematical skills to perform calculations accurately.

    + Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions precisely.

    + Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and up to 75 lbs. assisted.
