Our client, a leading biotech manufacturing company, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the production department supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Material Handler

**Location:** Hayward, CA

**Pay Range:** $22.00/hr

**Shift:** M-F 8am – 4:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks for product defects.

+ Clean machines and equipment to maintain a safe working environment.

+ Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products with the assistance of automatic packing equipment.

+ Operate equipment and assist other workers in moving carts and operating lift equipment.

+ Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations while working at machine-based speed.

What's Needed?

+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

+ High School diploma or equivalent is required.

+ Strong computer skills with some ERP experience.

+ Manufacturing or warehouse experience required.

+ Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English, along with basic math skills.
