Our client, a leading player in the gaming industry, is seeking a Social Media Program Manager to join their team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be part of the Franchise Engagement & Connection team supporting the Community Management and Operations pillars. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, creativity, and a passion for gaming, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

**Job Title:** Social Media Program Manager

**Location:** Remote (Within US)

**Pay Range:** $53 - $57/hr on W2

What's the Job?

+ Design and implement social media strategies that resonate with a diverse and global audience.

+ Manage and grow owned social media channels, creating and executing social strategies and campaigns.

+ Engage with players and influencers on social media platforms, fostering community growth.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate and implement campaign content strategies.

+ Monitor social media channels, providing light moderation and responding to audience interactions.

What's Needed?

+ 5 years of experience in social media roles, particularly within the gaming industry.

+ Strong analytical skills to drive insights into actionable strategies.

+ Proven experience managing high-volume social media channels for well-known brands.

+ Exceptional knowledge of current social media trends and community engagement strategies.

+ Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively in a team environment.
