Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager - Data Center Operations to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the operations supporting critical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Program Manager - Data Center Operations
**Location:** Fayetteville, GA
**Pay Range:** $46 - $50/hour
Work Shifts:
A-side day shift, Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday.
B-side day shift, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday.
A-side night shift, Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday.
Shift Hours:
All training will be standard hours M-F 8:30-5p for the first week then consultant will move to their assigned schedule.
Front Half Day Sun-Tues, Sun-Wed 6:30a – 6:30p
Back Half Day Wed-Sat, Wed-Sun 6:30a– 6:30p
Front half Night Sun-Tues, Sun-Wed 6:30p – 6:30a
Back Half Night Wed-Sat, Wed-Sun 6:30p– 6:30a
What's the Job?
+ Manage programs associated within area of responsibility.
+ Create and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
+ Engage with appropriate teams and resources to execute tasks or projects.
+ Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate to stakeholders to drive resolution.
+ Contribute to a positive team environment by learning and adopting best practices.
What's Needed?
+ High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1+ years industry experience OR 2+ years industry experience and college course work.
+ 2+ years' experience in Critical Environment infrastructures or working in physical IT infrastructures.
+ Technical College degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
+ Applicable certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CompTIA are a plus.
+ Ability to follow and adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
