Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be part of a dynamic production team supporting the assembly of driveshafts for various vehicles. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembly Technician

**Location:** Gordonsville, TN

Pay Range: $16.50-$17.05

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

What's the Job?

+ Perform all phases of work involved in the assembly of driveshafts, including machining, assembly, and painting.

+ Review work schedules and check equipment and supplies needed for the scheduled work.

+ Learn and adhere to all job steps and procedures to ensure quality and safety.

+ Participate in continuous improvement activities and work in a team environment.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace while reporting any safety hazards or quality issues.

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform basic mathematical functions for process control measurements.

+ Strong reading comprehension skills to understand work instructions and safety procedures.

+ Capability to interpret metric measurements using various measuring tools.

+ Willingness to learn and use the necessary tools and equipment for the job.

+ Must be able to meet physical requirements, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
