Summary
We’re growing! We are looking for Quality Assurance Documentation Support to help ensure the quality and traceability our customers depend on. In this role, you will be responsible for creating customer certification packages, maintaining accurate records, and entering essential data into our ERP system. From organizing testing results to retrieving documentation for audits, your accuracy and efficiency will help keep our operations running smoothly and our clients informed. Responsibilities
+ Prepare customer certification packages using material data and customer specifications.
+ Input chemical and mechanical test data into our ERP system.
+ Maintain filing systems for both current and archived documents.
+ Compile data for reports and quality assurance purposes.
+ Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support department workflow.
+ Follow detailed instructions in various formats (written, verbal, diagrams).
+ Support audit processes by providing requested documents promptly.
+ Finalize reports and ensure accurate filing of documentation.
+ Assist with general administrative tasks and provide team support as needed.
Qualifications
+ U.S. Citizenship is required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
+ Fluent in English, with the ability to read, interpret, and generate documents and reports.
+ Comfortable with basic math, including percentages, volume, and measurements.
+ Strong problem-solving skills to work through various tasks and situations.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
+ High School Diploma/GED required (2 years of related training or experience may substitute).
+ Prior experience with ERP systems and documents management preferred.
+ Experience in writing routine reports and correspondence.

For commercial clients, we provide custom-engineered solutions across various industries. This dual focus allows us to take on diverse, high-pressure projects. Unlike mass production facilities, we create large, custom fittings tailored to specific needs. Our plant features large machines for heavy-duty work in a traditional manufacturing environment. It can be hot, cold, or dirty, but we prioritize safety and provide tools and training to ensure success.
