    Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST for the HRMC WATERFRONT OPERATIONS MANAGER (Code 103B) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will provide administrative and data management support. You will gather, review, input, maintain and analyze narrative and quantitative data in an automated format on a variety of topics in order to prepare recurring and special reports, statistical evaluations, briefings and forecasts. You will coordinate data input from various sources and formats and ensure data collected provides the most comprehensive view of the program or tasking supported. You will be responsible for maintaining and filing all Waterfront Operations (WFO) master file documents/packages following a specific checklist to ensure documents are filed accurately. You will draft internal procedures and guidelines for implementation of new methods in support of organizational program and policy. You will develop terms and processes to streamline the administrative processes of the office. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting studies, analyzing findings and managing database systems to prepare reports, statistical evaluations, briefings and forecasts for process improvement to resolve effectiveness and efficiency problems of work operations within an organization.
