    Join Amazon's global legal department as a Program Manager supporting Prime Video. We're seeking an experienced and talented professional to drive strategic compliance initiatives, manage complex cross-border projects, and enhance our efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple jurisdictions.

    Key job responsibilities

     

    - Lead complex regulatory legal programs and projects spanning multiple geographies

     

    - Drive compliance initiatives and process improvements

     

    - Coordinate with legal and business stakeholders across multiple levels worldwide

     

    - Manage legal technology implementations and AI resources for regulatory compliance

     

    - Create and maintain global knowledge-sharing mechanisms and training resources

     

    - Support leadership updates and strategic planning

     

    - Facilitate cross-functional coordination between lawyers, strategic business leaders, and product and tech teams

    - Provide support to business teams on marketing escalations

    Basic Qualifications

    - 3+ years of program or project management experience

     

    - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

     

    - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

     

    - Bachelor's degree

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

     

    - Excellent verbal and written communication in English

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 3+ years of regulatory and risk management experience

     

    - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

     

    - Experience identifying and resolving complex issues

    - PMP

    - Experience with data visualization and project tracking tools

     

    - Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguous situations

     

    - Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic
