Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Bloomington area. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving business improvements, optimizing processes, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working across teams to enhance efficiency, manage system enhancements, and ensure data quality.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with teams to enhance business efficiency and performance.

• Work with cross-functional teams to define the scope of initiatives aimed at improving decision-making and operational effectiveness.

• Facilitate the implementation of process improvement strategies and ensure their successful adoption.

• Create and manage documentation, training materials, best practices, and communication plans to support users and super users.

• Develop and maintain tools and processes for monitoring and improving data accuracy across systems and reports.

• Establish and implement data standards and governance processes to ensure consistency and quality in reporting and analytics.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements for leveraging data insights to support business objectives.

• Collaborate with IT and vendors to investigate and evaluate new system functionalities and enhancements.

• Coordinate the implementation of system upgrades, including testing, validation, and documentation.

• Provide expertise and support for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and successful change management.

Ideal candidate will have strong finance and IT background with experience on bringing new ideas to the organization to continue their growth they are experiencing. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in D365 and Great Plains (GPAC) systems.

• Strong skills in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.

• Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes and systems.

• Experience managing data governance and ensuring data quality.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives.

• Knowledge of industry trends and technology advancements relevant to business analysis.
