Description We are looking for a skilled Lead Analyst, IS ERP, to join our team in Mahwah, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and analyzing data to support enterprise resource planning (ERP) initiatives and provide actionable insights across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources, including databases, external platforms, and manual files.

• Develop and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports to address organizational needs.

• Respond to data-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues or requests.

• Ensure data accuracy through cleansing and validation processes, adhering to defined standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document reporting requirements and workflows.

• Extract insights using query tools, statistical software, and relational databases.

• Support ERP-related initiatives by analyzing and managing master data and reporting requirements.

• Monitor task completion and track progress to ensure timely delivery of objectives.

• Contribute to change management efforts by identifying and implementing process improvements.

• Facilitate the use of ERP solutions, including SAP R/3 and Oracle, to optimize business operations. Requirements • Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and validation within an enterprise environment.

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP R/3 and Oracle, including reporting and data management.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases, query tools, and statistical software.

• Ability to create detailed reports and manage master data with accuracy and efficiency.

• Familiarity with data cleansing techniques and validation plans.

• Experience documenting reporting processes and aligning them with business needs.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
